When it hurts

I’m so thankful for warmer weather, I’m back to my morning walks. I feel so much closer to God, and His voice talks to me the most then. Lately I was thinking about pain… wether it be situational or because of a person. I felt God tell me that perhaps the situation had nothing to do with me or the pain; but rather I was placed in the situation as His vessel. I was there to pray, to point to Christ, to love but not for myself. It’s hard sometimes to not personalize things that seem so intimate to oneself. Yet, God helped me to see everything in the big picture. It makes a world of difference when God and not me, is the centre of life. Hope you all are having a blessed time in this quarantine,

love & prayers,

Kathleen
